Counselling helps young people find strengths and new enjoyment in life. Together we work on skills to help clients deal with stress and difficult emotions, improve relationships with friends and family, and develop confidence to live the life they want to.

Face-to-face counselling: Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays in Crows Nest.
Online sessions: Please contact me about online sessions on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Individual 55-minute counselling session $160

ARHG provider (includes Police Health Fund, Emergency Services Health, Phoenix Health, St Lukes Health, GMHBA, CUA Health (telehealth only), Teachers Union Health, AIA and Westfund.​)
If you are a member of the above funds, please check with your private health provider whether, and how much, your insurance covers you for counselling and psychotherapy.
Please note: PACFA accredited counsellors work outside of Medicare, therefore no mental health diagnosis or GP referral is required and no Medicare rebates are applicable. My rates are designed to be in line with psychologist Medicare rebate level.
