Experience

I work with adults experiencing a variety of mental health issues, both in my practice in Crows Nest and at Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury, Sydney.

I have worked with teenagers for many years – as a Program Counsellor in Sydney high schools, as well as a youth mentor and piano teacher. I have heard first hand the issues young people face and I have also witnessed them find their strengths and potential. My experiences have made me passionate about counselling young people to help them grow and thrive, equipping them with skills that will serve them throughout their lives.
