Experience
I have worked with teenagers for many years – as a Program Counsellor in Sydney high schools, as well as a youth mentor and piano teacher. I have heard first hand the issues young people face and I have also witnessed their strengths and potential.
My experiences have made me passionate about counselling young people to help them grow and thrive, equipping them with skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

I also work with adults experiencing stress, anxiety or burnout in my practice in Crows Nest and online. In addition I am a personal counsellor providing in-person counselling to adult clients at Lifeline Harbour to Hawkesbury, Sydney.
