I’m Anna, a PACFA-accredited counsellor. If you are looking for a counsellor in Crows Nest, North Sydney or online, I offer warm, evidence-based counselling and psychotherapy for adults navigating anxiety, relationship strain, life transitions, grief, burnout and feeling stuck. Together we explore patterns, build insight, and develop practical ways to move forward at a pace that feels right for you.
I work in a holistic, trauma-informed way and I provide you with a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk things through, make sense of what’s happening, and find steadier footing without needing a diagnosis.

Fees:
Individual 55-minute counselling session $185
EMDR 90-minute session $240
Please note: PACFA accredited counsellors work outside of Medicare, therefore no mental health diagnosis or GP referral is required and no Medicare rebates are applicable.
