I’m Anna, a PACFA-accredited counsellor offering calm, supportive counselling for teenagers and adults navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and periods of emotional stress.

Many people come to counselling not because something is “wrong” with them, but because life has become complex, overwhelming, or emotionally demanding.

I work in a holistic, trauma-informed way and I provide you with a compassionate and non-judgemental space where you can talk things through, make sense of what’s happening, and find steadier footing without needing a diagnosis.

Services

Counselling for teenagers and
young adults

Adolescence and early adulthood involve rapid change, pressure, and identity shifts. Counselling can support young people who are feeling unsettled, stressed, or unsure of themselves.

I work with teenagers and young adults navigating:

  • School or university transitions

  • Family separation or change

  • Friendship or relationship difficulties

  • Academic or work-related stress

  • Confidence, self-doubt, or withdrawal

Counselling helps young people develop emotional awareness, confidence, and skills to manage challenges while staying connected to who they are.

Counselling for adults

Counselling during periods of sustained stress or major life change — when coping alone no longer feels sustainable.

I support adults experiencing:

  • Ongoing anxiety, stress, or burnout

  • Low mood or emotional exhaustion

  • Grief or loss

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Major transitions such as separation, relocation, job change, or bereavement

Support can be short-term and focused, or longer-term psychotherapy, depending on your needs.

Support during separation & divorce

Separation and divorce are among the most stressful life transitions a person can experience. Even when a decision feels necessary, the emotional impact can be destabilising.

I offer divorce and separation counselling that is practical and supportive. This work focuses on:

  • Emotional support during separation or divorce

  • Managing overwhelm, grief, anger, or uncertainty

  • Staying grounded so you can navigate legal, mediation, or family law processes effectively

  • Adjusting to co-parenting or shared parenting arrangements

I provide a calm, confidential space to think clearly and cope with what’s in front of you.
